# Driver Opt-In Policy

Our dispatch system allows drivers to opt in to receive ride alerts through an automated voice call menu.

### How Opt-In Works:
1. A driver calls into our dispatch system.
2. The system plays a message: "Press 9 to access the dispatch control panel."
3. Upon pressing 9, the driver enters a secure 4-digit PIN.
4. That phone number is then registered as the active cab, and it begins receiving dispatch-related SMS notifications.
5. Only one phone can be active at a time. To switch, another driver must call in and repeat the process.

This process serves as the driver’s verbal consent to receive messages from our dispatch system. All activity is logged via Twilio and stored securely.
